0.03 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
0.03 cup Water (warm)
1/10 cup Almond meal/flour
0.03 cup Arrowroot flour
1/10 tsp Baking soda
1/10 tsp Cinnamon
0.03 tsp Sea salt
0.03 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1/10 cup Walnuts (finely chopped)
1/10 cup Medjool date (chopped)
0.01 cup Maple syrup, pure
0.01 cup Coconut sugar
1/10 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


Mix together flaxmeal and water and set aside to thicken.

In a large bowl, mix together almond meal, arrowroot starch, baking soda, cinnamon and sea salt.

Add in flax mixture, coconut, walnuts, dates, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla and mix together until a dough forms.

Wet hands, roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment-paper lined cookie sheet.

Flatten slightly with a wet fork, then bake at 375 for 10 mins or until edges start to brown.
