2 avocado(s) Avocado
2 tbsp Water, filtered ((or as needed to make a smooth mash))

Instructions


Cut 1 ripe avocado in 1/2 and remove the pit,

Scoop out the flesh from one side and mash a fork.  Add bit of water (or even breast milk) to thin it out a little and make it a nice smooth consistency,

* You can cut the other half into slices and serve as finger food or you can mash all of it.
