2 cup Frozen green peas
1/2 cup Water, filtered


STEP 1: Rince peas

STEP 2: Cook!  Steam in a double broiler for 10 minutes or until you can pierce with a fork. 

STEP 3: Transfer to a blender and add water.  Start with 1/4 cup and adjust for the texture you want)

STEP 4: Blend until smooth.  Freeze in 1oz ice cube trays, but really this amount will go in about 2 days especially if also reserving some to serve the rest of the family.
