1/3 cup Quick oats
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F.
1/3 tbsp Honey
1/10 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 pinch Sea salt, fine
1/8 cup Medjool date (chopped )
1/10 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana)


In a Mason jar or bowl, add oats, Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon and sea salt. Stir to combine.

Stir in raisins and ¼ cup dates. Top with remaining dates and drizzle with honey.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Tip: Thin with unsweetened almond milk
