1 head Broccoli (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 bulb Garlic (cloves peeled)
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper


Preheat oven to 450°F. In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli. Add the garlic, salt, and pepper and toss well with your hands.

Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet, trying not to let any broccoli overlap. Cook for about 20 min. or until the edges of broccoli are crispy!

Tip: this recipe can also be made with cauliflower instead of broccoli
