Ingredients for 3

3/4 cup whole Almonds, raw
1 1/2 cup Broccoli florets
1 1/2 cup Cauliflower
1/3 cup Dill, fresh
1/3 cup Golden raisin, seedless
1 1/2 cup Kale
1/3 cup Mint, fresh
3/4 cup seeds Pomegranate seeds
1/3 cup White wine

Instructions


Combine raisins and wine and let soak for 10 minutes.

Finely chop cauliflower, broccoli, kale, mint and dill.

Combine all ingredients and let salad come together for approx 10 minutes before serving.
