114 gm Almond milk, unsweetened, Blue Diamond
2 tbsp Whey protein powder, unflavoured
1/4 cup Pecans (soaked for 2 hours or more (optional if you have a high powered blender))
1 ml slices Frozen banana
1 date pitted Medjool date
1/4 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Celtic sea salt (A pinch, to taste )

Instructions


Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend for 30 – 60 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
