1/2 10-inch tortilla(s) Spinach Tortilla
1 tbsp Ranch salad dressing, reduced fat
1 1/2 slice Turkey, deli cut
1/4 cup Brown rice, short-grain, cooked (or rice of choice)
1/8 cup grated Carrots
1 slice Cucumber (peeled, cut into thin strips)
1/8 cup Lettuce, romaine (cut into thin strips)
1/2 slice Cheddar cheese, reduced fat (18%) (cut into thin strips)

Instructions


Heat tortilla in microwave on HIGH 15 seconds.

Coat tortilla with dressing. Layer turkey slices on top. Add rice onto ½ of turkey; press down to flatten. Layer carrots, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and cheese in a line on top.

Roll tortilla around rice and veggies; cut into 2-inch pieces.
