Ingredients for 1

Show Original

1/2 cup Cottage cheese (1% M.F.) (or low fat yogurt)
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
1/4 tsp Maple extract
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure (optional)
2 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
2 packet (individual) Stevia
1/8 tsp Xanthan gum (optional)
1/4 cup Water (or about 10 ice cubes)

Instructions


Place all of your ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined. If it appears too runny, add more ice.

If it's too thick, add more water. Add more sweetener or extract at the end if the flavor isn't strong enough for your taste.
