6 rice cake Rice cakes, brown rice, plain
1 1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
3 tbsp Hummus (sweet onion flavour)
1 1/2 tbsp Basil, fresh

Instructions


Spread hummus over 4 cakes
Divide avocado in half by running a sharp knife around the outside (length-wise) and remove the pit
Scoop avocado out and slice thinly placing equal amounts on each rice cake
Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve
