2/3 tbsp Cacao powder (sifted)
1/4 tbsp Carob powder
1/8 cup Cacao butter (chopped)
1/3 tbsp Coconut oil
1/10 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/10 tsp Stevia, liquid (to taste)
2/3 tbsp Coconut milk
1/4 pinch Sea salt, fine
20 gm Coconut flakes, unsweetened


  1. Grease a mini muffin pan or chocolate mold tray.
  2. Combine the cacao powder, carob powder, cacao butter, coconut oil, vanilla, and stevia in a heatproof bowl and place over a saucepan of simmering water. Make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water (or it will over heat).
  3. Stir with a metal spoon until smooth and the butters are just melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the coconut milk. Allow to cool to lukewarm, then stir in the salt and coconut flakes.
  5. Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin pan and place into the refrigerator for 1 hour, until firm.
  6. Remove the pan from the fridge, tap the base of the pan on your countertop a couple of times, then flip over to remove the bites. They should pop out easily, but if they don't try tapping the pan again on the countertop. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
