4 cup Broccoli florets (cut into bite size pieces)
4 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled

Instructions


Preheat the oven at 350F.

Melt the ghee and coat the broccoli, with ghee and salt. 

Place in the oven to cook for 10 minutes. Flip the broccoli and cook for 10 more minutes.

Once cooked, removed from the oven and sprinkle with Hemp seeds.
