Ingredients for 2

2/3 cup Chia seeds
2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened, Blue Diamond
2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (vanil)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 pinch Himalayan sea salt

Instructions


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for about 4 hours- overnight (the longer the better). The chia seeds will expand and turn into a pudding (applesauce consistency). Adjust to preferred consistency.

Tip: Serve cold with fresh fruit, unsweetened coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips, or sliced nuts.
