|75 gm||Beef, inside round steak, lean (sliced into 1″ long pieces)|
|1/8 tsp||Black pepper|
|1 cup||Mung beans, boiled, canned|
|1 tbsp||Sunflower oil|
|1 1/2 tbsp||Teriyaki sauce|
|1/2 cup pieces||White mushrooms|
Add sunflower oil in a large skillet (enough to coat the bottom of the pan) and heat over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until beef is cooked to your desired doneness. Set aside once cooked.
In the same pan, sauté white mushrooms and mung beans with a small amount of oil as needed, then add back the beef. End with soy sauce or other stir fry sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
