Ingredients for 2

75 gm Beef, inside round steak, lean (sliced into 1″ long pieces)
1/8 tsp Black pepper
1 cup Mung beans, boiled, canned
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sunflower oil
1 1/2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup pieces White mushrooms

Instructions


Add sunflower oil in a large skillet (enough to coat the bottom of the pan) and heat over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until beef is cooked to your desired doneness. Set aside once cooked.

In the same pan, sauté white mushrooms and mung beans with a small amount of oil as needed, then add back the beef. End with soy sauce or other stir fry sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve and enjoy!
