1 tbsp Coconut oil
1/2 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
2 sausage Turkey sausage, lean (sliced)
1/2 cup Black beans, canned (drained and rinsed)
4 large egg Egg (whisked)
1 tbsp Ranch seasoning, dry, McCormick


1. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add bell pepper and saute for a few minutes.
2. Add the sausage and saute another minute or two, then add in remaining ingredients and scramble until eggs are completely cooked.
2. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Note: To make your own ranch seasoning, simple combine 2 tbsp dried parsley, 2 tbsp dried chives, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion power. 1 tsp sea salt and 1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper. For this recipe, use 1 tbsp of the total amount and reserve the rest for future use.
