38 gm Ground turkey, lean
1/10 tsp Sea salt
1/10 tsp Mustard powder
1/10 tsp Paprika
1/10 large egg Egg
1/10 cup Quick oats
1/8 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/10 tbsp Parsley, fresh (chopped)
1/8 tbsp Tomato sauce, canned (no sugar added)
1/10 squash Spaghetti squash


Preheat oven to 400.

Cover a large pan with parchment paper, set aside.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients by hand and mix well.

Roll into 30 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.

Serve this over spaghetti squash and seasoned stirfry veggies and top it with Feta cheese.
