Pour 2 cup of freshly boiled water over herbs in a steeping tea pot.
Steep 15 minutes with a lid (keeping all the volatile oils in infusion).
Strain and enjoy. You may add 1/2 tsp honey for flavour. Enjoy hot or poured over ice with lemon.
