114 gm Beets, boiled, drained (peeled and roughly chopped, skins removed)
1/2 tbsp Flaxseed oil
1/4 tbsp White wine vinegar
1/4 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 cup Lettuce, spring mix (mesclun)
1/8 tsp Sea salt
1/8 tsp Black pepper
3/4 cup Edamame (soybeans), cooked

Instructions


Drizzle the oil and vinegar over the beets and sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper to taste. Finish with hemp hearts and serve with mixed greens and edamame.
