1 large Banana
1/2 cup Frozen mango
1/2 cup Orange juice
1/3 cup Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F. (or plain coconut yogurt)
1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured (or use vanilla flavoured)


1. Combine the banana, mango, yogurt, and juice in a blender; blend until nearly smooth.
