|1 1/2 tbsp||Whole milk 3.3%|
|1 tsp||Butter, unsalted (melted)|
|1 pinch||Salt (to taste)|
|1 dash||Black pepper (to taste)|
|4 small tomato(s)||Grape tomatoes (halved)|
|1/2 slice||Whole wheat bread (torn into pieces)|
|1 tsp, shredded||Mozzarella cheese|
|1/4 green onion (stem)||Green onion, scallion, ramp (chopped)|
|1 tsp||Chives (chopped)|
1. In a microwavable mug, add egg, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper and whisk until thoroughly mixed and egg whites are completely broken up.
2. Add halved grape tomatoes, torn bread, grated cheese, green onion, and half of chopped chives on top of egg mixture. Do not mix, you don't want ingredients to settle to the bottom
3. Place mug in microwave, and cook on high for 1 minute, just until egg is completely cooked and quiche is slightly puffed.
4. Garnish with remaining chives and serve immediately.
