15-minute chicken and rice bowls with only 5 ingredients. Prep ahead and enjoy after a busy day at work.

Frozen vegetable mix

1 1/2 cup

Organic Quinoa
|
2 cup

Chicken, cooked
(shredded; rotisserie)

1 tbsp

Lemon and Herb Seasoning, McCormick
(or other brand)

Instructions
- Steam veggies according to package directions. Drain excess water.
- stove top quinoa 2 cups ( 3/12 cups water ) you can replace water for bone broth for extra minerals
- Combine cooked veggies with shredded chicken, brown rice, and seasoning. Mix well.
- Divide among 4 containers, allow to cool then refrigerate until ready to eat.
