567 gm Mixed vegetable salad (use frozen packages of pepper and onion strips, sauteed or steam)
1 1/2 cup Brown rice, short-grain, cooked ((dry))
1 tbsp Lemon and Herb Seasoning, McCormick
1 tsp Salt (tsp)

Instructions


Cook rice according to package and season with salt and lemon herb seasoning. Vegetables should eeither be sauteed or steamed. Divide each ingredient into equal portions (original recipe makes 3) for easy meal prep!
