567 gm Frozen vegetable mix (2x 10 oz package frozen steam vegetable blend)
241 gm Brown rice, long-grain, dry (microwave brown rice)
1 cup shredded Chicken, cooked
1 tbsp Lemon and Herb Seasoning, McCormick (or other brand)


  1. Steam veggies according to package directions. Drain excess water.
  2. Microwave brown rice according to package directions.
  3. Combine cooked veggies with shredded chicken, brown rice, and seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Divide among 4 containers, allow to cool then refrigerate until ready to eat.
