|241 gm||Brown rice, short-grain, cooked (cook as per package directions)|

1. Cook steamed veggies according to package. Drain excess water.
2. Combine veggies with chicken, rice, seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
3. Divide among 4 containers, allow to cool then refrigerate until ready to eat.
