2 cup Frozen vegetable mix
1 1/2 cup Brown rice, long-grain, dry
2 cup Chicken, cooked (shredded)
1 tbsp Lemon pepper (or fresh lemon zest)
1 tsp, ground Basil, dried
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1/2 tsp, ground Thyme, dried
1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions


  1. Steam veggies according to package directions. Drain excess water.
  2. Cook brown rice according to package directions.
  3. Mix veggies, shredded chicken, rice, and seasonings.
