1 large egg Egg, hard boiled
1 medium Apple

Instructions


1. Place eggs in a sauce pan

2. Cover them with cool water by 1 inch

3. cover the pan with a lid

5. Bring the water to a rolling boil for about 6-7 minutes over medium/high heat

Enjoy as part of your morning breakfast or as a midday snack
