2/3 cup Quinoa, cooked
1/3 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F. (or non-dairy milk, coconut or almond)
1/4 cup Frozen blueberries
1/4 cup Frozen raspberries
1 dash Cinnamon

Instructions


  1. Combine quinoa, milk, blueberries, raspberries, and cinnamon in a microwave safe bowl. Mix well.
  2. Microwave for 60 seconds.
  3. Stir and test the temperature. If not warm enough, microwave for another 30-60 seconds.
