1/4 cup | Honey (raw honey or pure maple syrup) |
1 cup | Rolled oats, dry |
1/2 cup | Peanut butter, natural (unsweetened) |
1 dash | Salt (optional; use mineral-rich salt) |
Mix honey or maple syrup with peanut butter and salt until thoroughly combined in a large bowl.
Thoroughly mix in oats.
Press batter onto a baking pan that has been lightly oiled with coconut oil. Press dough into a 4-inch round for one large cookie, or make smaller cookies, as desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes for large cookie, and 8 to 12 minutes for smaller cookies.
Remove, allow to cool , and enjoy!
