1. In a medium bowl or a blender, combine mashed banana, cinnamon and egg. Beat or blend until well combined.
2. Heat a non stick pan over low-medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of pancake batter to the pan and once bubbles appear on the pancake surface, flip it. Cook on the second side for about another minute.
3. Remove from heat and enjoy!
Drizzle pancakes with a mixture of 1:1 flax oil and maple syrup!
