1 cup Peanut butter, smooth (room temperature)
1 medium egg Egg
1 cup Granulated sugar

Instructions


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, egg, and sugar. Mix until smooth using a wooden spoon.

Drop batter by the teaspoonful onto the cookie sheet. Bake at for 6-8 minutes, until the bottom is golden and cookies are set.
