        | 1 can (15oz) | Chickpeas, canned, drained | 
| 1 tsp | Extra virgin olive oil | 
| 2 tsp | Garlic salt (or seasoning of choice) | 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Rinse beans and then spread them on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes and stir them around.
Bake for another 20 minutes.
Put the chickpeas in a bowl and toss with olive oil and seasoning of your choice.

Didn’t turn out crunchy like I had hoped they were soft on the inside and not overly crunchy on the out maybe more time or a higher temperature?
