|1 can (15oz)||Chickpeas, canned, drained|
|1 tsp||Extra virgin olive oil|
|2 tsp||Garlic salt (or seasoning of choice)|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Rinse beans and then spread them on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes and stir them around.
Bake for another 20 minutes.
Put the chickpeas in a bowl and toss with olive oil and seasoning of your choice.
