3-Minute Blender Paleo Tortillas

Make soft and fluffy tortillas by blending up this simple, four-ingredient batter.


1 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
1 cup Tapioca starch
3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
2 medium egg Egg
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Coconut oil (for cooking)


  1. Add almond flour, tapioca starch, almond milk, egg, salt and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until smooth. You should be able to pour the batter.
  2. Lightly brush a skillet with coconut oil and heat over medium-high heat.
  3. Pour ¼ cup of the batter onto the heated skillet, and gently swirl the pan in circular motions so it spreads into a thin, round shape.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip. Cook for an additional minute or until golden brown.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.
