Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In medium bowl, Combine mashed banana, egg whites and honey and mix well. Fold in oats and let mixture sit until oats become moist, 3 to 5 minutes. Gently fold in blueberries.
Line baking sheet with parchment. With small ice cream scoop or spoon, transfer dollops of batter to baking sheet.
Bake until cookies are set, about 12 minutes. Let cool briefly on baking sheet then transfer to wire rack.
