1 cup Orange juice (or fruit juice of choice)
1/2 cup slices Banana
1 cup Frozen blueberries (or berry of choice)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 cup Kale (or spinach)


Add orange juice, banana, blueberries, flax and kale to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add a splash more juice or water. For more sweetness, add extra frozen banana.

Pour into two serving glasses and enjoy!
