Ingredients


1 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup slices Banana
1 cup Frozen blueberries (or berry of choice)
1 cup Kale (or spinach)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)

Instructions


1. Add orange juice, banana, blueberries, kale and flax to a blender and blend on high until smooth

 

2. If smoothie turns out too thick, add a splash more juice or water.

Pour into serving glass and Enjoy!
