1/2 cup slices Banana
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 cup Frozen blueberries (or berry of choice)
1 cup Kale (or spinach)
1 cup Water

Instructions


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add a splash more of water or keep it thick so you can feed your little one with a spoon. For more sweetness, add extra frozen banana.

Pour into two serving glasses and enjoy!
