2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
2 cup Kale
3/4 cup Tart cherry juice (or apple juice)

Instructions


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add a splash more juice or water.

Pour into two serving glasses and enjoy!
