1/2 cup slices | Banana (s) |
1/2 cup | Frozen blueberries (or berry of choice) |
1 tbsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) |
3/4 cup | Kale (or spinach) |
1 scoop | PurePaleo Unflavoured Protein Powder (any protein powder- I recommend vital proteins collagen) |
Add almond milk, banana, blueberries, flax and kale to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add a splash more milk or water. For more sweetness, add a few drops liquid stevia.
Pour into glass and enjoy!
