1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or fruit juice of choice)
1/2 cup slices Banana (s)
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries (or berry of choice)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
3/4 cup Kale (or spinach)
1 scoop PurePaleo Unflavoured Protein Powder (any protein powder- I recommend vital proteins collagen)

Instructions


Add almond milk, banana, blueberries, flax and kale to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add a splash more milk or water. For more sweetness, add a few drops liquid stevia.

Pour into glass and enjoy!
