This high-protein dip is great for scooping with tortillas, spreading on crackers, or dipping your favorite veggies!


2 can (15oz) Black beans, canned (drained and rinsed)
3/4 cup Salsa, ready-to-serve
1 tsp Hot pepper (chili) flakes (minced)
2 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)
1 tsp Cumin (ground)
1 tsp Water
1 dash Salt
1/4 cup Cilantro (coriander) (minced)


  1. In the bowl of a food processor, process the black beans, salsa, garlic, lime juice, cumin, water, and salt until smooth. 
  2. Add the cilantro and pulse until just combined.


  • Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, pita wedges, naan bread, or your favorite raw vegetables.
