| 1 small | Yellow onion (slivered) |
| 1/2 cup | Bone broth, Organic (or water) |

| 1 cup | Frozen green peas (1/2 cup to 1 cup) |
Heat oil over medium heat and cook onion until softened. Add everything except peas and cook until beans are mushy, about 10 minutes. Add more liquid if needed. Add frozen peas and cook another 5 minutes.
Note:
You may choose to eat this INSTEAD of the chicken thighs, if you need a little break from meat. Or you can eat it with, because they are just so good. Skip entirely if you’ve decided to cut grains and beans on the Dump.
