A super simple delicious chicken dinner. Double or triple the batch for lunch leftovers and salad toppings.
Ingredients

Chicken thighs, with skin
(or drumsticks)
3 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp
Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret
(or soy sauce)
1 tbsp minced
Ginger root
2 clove(s)
Garlic
(minced)
2 tsp
Turmeric, powder
3 tsp
5-Spice seasoning
1/2 tsp
Sea Salt
Instructions
Place chicken thighs in a baking dish or bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix olive oil, coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, turmeric, 5-spice, and sea salt. Pour this marinade on top of the chicken and mix well to coat the chicken entirely.
Let the chicken marinate for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight.
Bake at 180 C for 25 to 30 minutes, until cooked. Alternatively, you can grill them for 15 to 20 minutes.
