Ingredients


2 cucumber(s) Cucumber (sliced)
3 medium Tomato (diced)
1/2 large Yellow onion (diced)
1 tsp Oregano, dried (for dressing)
2 tbsp Olive oil (for dressing)
3 tbsp Vinegar, white (for dressing)
1/8 tsp Black pepper (for dressing, to taste)
1/8 tsp Salt (for dressing, to taste)

Instructions


To make the dressing:

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.


1. Slice the cucumbers and onion and dice tomatoes, removing excess juice.

 

2. Place in a bowl.

 

3. Add the dressing and toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
