|1 tsp||Oregano, dried (for dressing)|
|2 tbsp||Olive oil (for dressing)|
|3 tbsp||Vinegar, white (for dressing)|
|1/8 tsp||Black pepper (for dressing, to taste)|
|1/8 tsp||Salt (for dressing, to taste)|
To make the dressing:
1. Slice the cucumbers and onion and dice tomatoes, removing excess juice.
2. Place in a bowl.
3. Add the dressing and toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
It is best if allowed to refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavours combine.
