1/4 cup Cilantro (coriander) (chopped, optional)
2 Crispbread rye cracker
1/4 tsp Salt and pepper
Ryvita Crispbread, Multi Grain

Instructions


Add the chicken, avocado, cilantro and salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Serve on small ciabatta buns or slices. Optional to serve any leftovers with whole wheat bread and salsa the next day!
