1 head Broccoli, raw
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 dash Salt


Wash and cut broccoli into bite sized pieces.

Fill a sauce pan with water and bring it to a simmer.

Add broccoli florets and let them cook until bright green . Strain the broccoli and season with salt pepper and olive oil.

Serve and enjoy!
