1 medium | Frozen banana (peeled and pre frozen, can be from fresh as well) |
1 cup | Frozen blueberries (or berry of choice) |
1 cup | Kale (or spinach) |
1 cup | Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F. (or milk of choice) |
1 scoop | Whey protein powder, unflavoured (~20 g protein) |
2 tbsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) (optional) |
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add a splash more juice or water. For more sweetness, add extra frozen banana.
Pour into two serving glasses and enjoy!
