Antioxidant Berry Smoothie with Milk

Ingredients


1 medium Frozen banana (peeled and pre frozen, can be from fresh as well)
1 cup Frozen blueberries (or berry of choice)
1 cup Kale (or spinach)
1 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F. (or milk of choice)
1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured (~20 g protein)
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground) (optional)

Instructions


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add a splash more juice or water. For more sweetness, add extra frozen banana.

Pour into two serving glasses and enjoy!
