1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 cup All-purpose white flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried (dried)
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 cup Marinara sauce, low sodium (+ additional for serving)
1 cup Mozzarella cheese (pre-shredded)

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a small baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, oregano, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl and knead the dough until all the flour is incorporated.
  3. Sprinkle some additional flour on a clean surface and roll the dough out into a large square, about 12×12, or ⅛-inch thick.
  4. Spread the sauce on the dough. Top with cheese. If desired, sprinkle additional oregano or other pizza toppings.
  5. Roll up the dough lengthwise until it forms a long log. 
  6. Cut into approximately 10 pieces, about 1.5 inches thick. 
  7. Place the rolls in the small baking dish, flat side down, and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. 
  8. Enjoy warm with additional marinara sauce on the side.

  • To save time, use store-bought pizza dough instead.
