|1 tbsp||Peanut butter, chunky|
|3/4 cup||Partly skimmed milk, lactose free, 2% M.F.|
|1/2 cup||Quick oats, gluten free, dry|
Place oats in a bowl with 3/4 cup water and cook for 1 minute in the microwave.
Put oats, yogurt and peanut butter in food processor or blender. Blend on medium speed for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and blend. Add water as needed for desired consistency.
Serve chilled (place in fridge or add icecubes)
