Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
(substitute any lacto free or dairy free yoghurt)
1 tsp
Maple syrup
(or sweetener of choice)
2 tbsp
Raw Acai Powder
(freeze dried)
2 whole lime(s)
Lime peel (zest)
Instructions
Place the strawberries, blueberries, and banana, yogurt, and maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) into a blender.
Blend until your desired consistency, chunky or smooth.
Pour fruit and yogurt mixture into popsicle molds until they are ¾ full. If you don't have molds you can use paper cups. Cover the paper cups with a strip of aluminum foil and poke a popsicle stick through the center of the foil!
Place the molds or cups in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
To serve, run under hot water to loosen the popsicles free! Sprinkle with lime zest.
