Ingredients


1 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 1/2 tbsp Flaxseeds
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Ashwagandha powder
1/2 tsp Spirulina powder
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 1/2 medium Banana (s)
3 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
4 cube(s) Ice cubes

Instructions


1. Place chia and flax seeds into a dry blender and blend until ground.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. 

3. Add more almond milk to desired consistency.
