Ingredients


1 cup Cashew nuts, raw (raw)
1/2 medium Lemon
4 clove(s) Garlic
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions


1. Soak cashews overnight or for 3–4 hours beforehand.

2. Rinse cashews.

3. Place cashews, garlic cloves, water, vinegar, salt, and juice from 1/2 lemon into food processor.

4. Blend on high until smooth.

5. Enjoy!
